Danish Marshal Tournament 2026 | May 15-16 | IMCF
Proudly Presenting
Danish Marshals, in partnership with Prison Ink and Horsens Municipality, is proud to announce the first Danish Marshal Tournament (DMT), held in the historic courtyard of FÆNGSLET.
A Certification Event
DMT is organized by marshals as a platform for official certification. While clubs and fighters compete in a standard tournament under the latest international rules, their participation provides the vital "live" conditions required for marshals to earn their credentials and maintain professional safety standards.
Our Vision
We envision DMT as an annual event where international marshals can connect and align. Our goal is to create a recurring event that fosters a unified global standard for Marshals.
We are grateful to the clubs whose support makes this certification platform possible.
IMCF Marshal Certification
International Marshals: Join us in the lists!
We invite aspiring and experienced marshals from around the world to participate in the DMT for official IMCF certification. As an official IMCF Marshal Certification event, we guarantee that all matches are conducted at the highest international standard, providing a premier platform for your professional development and accreditation.
World Championship Warm Up
With Denmark hosting the IMCF World Championships 2026, the DMT serves as a vital platform for clubs and fighters to sharpen their skills. This is your opportunity to test your tactics and gain high-level experience under official conditions.
Prison Ink
Prison Ink is one of Europe's most unique tattoo conventions, held annually at "Fængslet" (The Prison) in Horsens, Denmark—a former state penitentiary transformed into a cultural museum and event space.
The event brings together over 100 high-profile tattoo artists from around the world who work live, giving visitors a chance to get tattooed in a truly atmospheric setting. Besides tattooing, the festival features graffiti art, live music, street food and now also Buhurt, creating a raw and vibrant celebration of urban culture within the historic prison walls.
